General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your uterus is normal, being anteverted (bent in front, it is normal) and nongravid (non pregnant). Only abnormality noted is finding free fluid in pouch of Douglas, suggestive of pelvic inflammation. It has to be confirmed by deep vaginal culture and sensitivity test. Please consult your gynecologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
