What Does A Lump In The Vagina Indicate?

I just found a dark color lump, maybe cyst on the inside flap of my vagina. yes it does hurt all the time. Also a little farther down I found a pea size knot hard in the inside wall. I am going to call a Doctor Monday, but am a little concerned right now. What should I do for pain? Also, last week i passed 4 blood clots, the pain has been going on for a few weeks. I just thought it was from my bladder infection. I had a cysto March 1, and UA high white cells and blood in urine. Thank You for any advice you can give me. Cathy Dineff age 63

it can be bartholin gland antiseptic dousing may be done these are all bartholin gland they secrete lubricating jelly type of secreation. this is natural requirement for pain you can take hyfenac p and consult gynechologist for pv examination and advise on treatment.it is not related to uti since urine passes through urethra. your problem is in vaginal canal.
