My cousin had brest cancer, been ib remission for 9 years. She found knot under her arm, went to doctor, Doc is sending her for more test. Her Doc says she should pray because her cancer has came back in her lymph nodes Is that for sure? She hasen t been tested for 3 years

Hi, Thanks for the query. I understand your concern. The knot in axila is an enlarged lymph node .. which can possibly be secondary of breast cancer. The history of previous breast cancer, position ,feel of the lump & it's adherence to underlying tissue.. gives some clues of possibility.. but the final diagnosis would be after the biopsy result.. should be done earliest... so that treatment can be started soon. Actually a 6 monthly / yearly check up is advised for breast cancer patient...she has possibly missed it. Never mind a swift action at the moment would help doctors to help her to their best, Thanks
