Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM
I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your clinical history is concerned you have a lump in the throat please check is it pain full or not? Do you have fever or not?so do a clinical examination by your local ENT doctor. They will take a small tissue from the lumps and will do an examination in microscope it will be clear from examination that what type of tissue it is. During this time you can take preventive antibiotics as well as add one teaspoon of turmeric powder to a glass of salt water. Gargle with this mixture several times a day, and especially before going to bed. It will help get rid of the inflammation and soreness.

Hope that helps
