General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to rectocele. I suggest to:
- Avoid constipation by eating high-fiber foods and drinking plenty of fluids
- Avoid bearing down to move your bowels
- Avoid heavy lifting
- Control coughing
- Lose weight if you're overweight or obese

If it causes discomfort the treatment consists in surgery.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
