What Does A Lump Below The Knee Indicate?

Hi, I fell off my road bicycle a couple of weeks ago. I have a knot on my leg about two inches below my knee. I applied ice packs. The swelling has gone down, but there is still a red knot about the size of a lemon. It s not sore, nor does it hurt. I can still ride my bicycle and play tennis. Should I be concerned?
