What Does A Knot Near Ear Indicate?

I was in an automobile accident where the airbag deployed and seat belt sign on my body, bruising and bad burn on neck form seatbelt, this morning I noticed a knot about strawberry size under the skin and by the left ear. it moves around but I did not have bruising there just the burn from the seatbelt, is this a heatoma and or can it break loose and cause serious injury

Thrombophobe gel local application without rubbing can help in resolving it. Analgesic such as ibuprofen help in pain relief. Vitamin B and C are helpful in its resolution.
