What Does A Itchy And Raised Small Patch On Penis Indicate?
Hello, i have a small patch just to the left of the base of my penis its constantly red slightly raised and looks to be flaking, when irritated it itch's like mad and is un-bareable its been there for a good two months now never has changed in size or got any worse what could this be and how can it be treated?

From history it seems that you might be having fungal infection on the part.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Keep local part clean, dry airy and well shaved.
For itching you can take Cetrizine or Benadryl tablet.
