What Does A Hypoechoic Mass In The Breast Ultrasound Mean?

Hello, I just got my results of breast ultrasound and mammogram. Mammogram was ok - Normal Findings. Ultrasound - binocular hypoechoic mass. Well defined and coarsely homogenous. 2 nodules 17 by 12 by 11 mm and 10by 8 by 10 mm. Found in medial right periareolar space and adjacent medial segment. No focal lesion detected. Can anyone doctor please advise? I am so worried.

Understand your concern
Hypoechoic mass in USG suggests mostly fibroadenoma.
Radio logically finding should be correlated with histopathological finding.
I would suggest to consult the consult the general surgeon and undergo FNAC.
Excision biopsy is the best.
If lump is painless then no need any treatment.
But if it will increased in size, painful, associated with discharge then it should be removed.
Regular self breast examination and USG should be advisable.
