I have just noticed/felt a small hole on the right side in the roof of my mouth? Is this normal? I also can’t seem to gain any weight at all.. and have been trying for so long, I am 169cm and 42kg! I have never been this low, I’m hvaing sharp pains in my chest and I’m also finding it hard to breath at times, and having shortness of breath, having to take deep breaths in. I went through a week of my poos being completely black/charcoal colourd, sometimes not being able to go, and other times having the runs. I get very sharp pains in my tummy when I need to go to the toilet, and find sometimes I get hardly any warning and have to run. This could be due to the iron tablets I started taking 3 weeks ago, because In the bloods I had done last my iron was low. I used to have anorexia/nervosia. Back when I was 13, I overcame this and gained quite a bit. never looked back and eat 3 quite fatty meals and heaps of snacks, also fortisips trying to gain! As it’s so hard for me to keep weight on, and ever since large end of last year I haven’t been able to put any weight on, I seem to be loosing more now.. I’m the lowest weight I have ever been, and eating more than I ever have to try and feel like I’m alive. I’m just wanting to feel happy and normal, as my energy is so low all the time.
