Hello,

The following may be probable causes of your symptoms:
1) Gastric ulcer
2) Gastroesophageal reflux
3) Acute gastroenteritis

To those who come to my clinic with similar symptoms, I recommend the following:
1) Take tab. Nexium before food.
2) Take Omez insta sachet and empty it's contents into half glass of water and drink. This will immediately relieve the pain and can be administered twice in a day.
3) Take bland food without spices.
4) Daily exercise helps in good digestion of food and increases appetite.
If your pain doesn't subside, you may consult a gastroenterologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
