What Does A Bump On The Upper Lip Indicate?

I have a small bump on my upper lip. It has been there for maybe a month or two now. Until today, it wouldn t pop. When I popped it, a little white stuff came out followed by a clear liquid. Now the area is a little irritated and swollen. What could this be?

get accumulation of clear liquid material which is mucus from the
ruptured salivary gland .
