What Does A Bump On The Testicle Indicate?
I have a bump on my sac it s hard like something can be squeezed out, it has a hole I stuck a sterile safety pin inside didn t feel it didn t go to far, had it for a while once before I squeezed it white stringy stuff came out like an oil bump but now I try to squeeze it nothing comes out

No need to worry about The small white bumps on Scrotum. As the Scrotum is covered with the Hair so their are sweat glands as well. Sometimes the Sweat glands are obstructed and a purulent substance gets accumilated in there which hardens. These are called Sebaceous Cysts.
You dont need to worry as they dont cause any harm except infected on large scale. You can squeeze them too but be cautious using clean washed hands to squeeze them. Or you can leave them as such and forget about them.
