What Does A Black Spot On The Toes Indicate?

I was skiing last week my ski boots did not fit correctly my big toes developed a hematoma under the nail that I am not concerned about that but the tip of my big toe has a small black spot on it could this be from cold toes and ill fitting boots? It was not there prior to the trip so I think ironic if melanoma developed after this and this quickly so I thought more likely to the ski boots ? my feet also were cold and I have raynauds
