What Does A Black Patch On Forehead Indicate?

My forehead got light black patch earlier I thought than its Sun Tan because of heat but when I consult my doctor she told me that you have Potomelanosis. Can I do blitcj=hing to my face to remove this patch or what other best alternative method to comeout of this ? Regards, Sachin

Hello,

Rash after sun exposure takes time to go away. I suggest you not to bleach it till it fades away as the chemicals in the bleach might cause further irritation. Rather you can start using sunscreen lotion with SPF40 and above depending on the area you live in. Also if you are not sure of using which sunscreen or ointment then consult a dermatologist.
