What Does ST-T Worsening Seen During Exercise Mean In ECG Report?

Basal ECG shows RBBB, Normal chronotropic response, Hypertensive BP response.Fair effort tplerance. Target heart rate achieved. ST-T worsening seen during exercise which reverted gradually in recovery. No S3, S4 , creps, ronchi. No Arrythmias. Kindly explain
