General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

PCOD can affect SGOT and SGPT. In your case, they are just normal SGOT levels – 5 to 40 units per liter of serum. Normal SGPT levels are 7 to 56 units per liter of serum. Well, you should take sincere effort in a healthy life style [weight control, obesity, BMI, yoga, exercise, diet plans.

Take fruits, vegetables, juices and antioxidants etc. Follow up with a gynecologist and check hormonal levels [androgen levels, lipids, insulin sensitivity, as PCOD affects through hormones to the liver. These are not related to alcohol which anyone might think. Learn stress relieving exercises.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
