What Does RTO And LTO In Ultrasound Indicate?

Had a fetal ultrasound today and was wondering what the label RTO or LTO means? As the sonographer was pointing out images I could have sworn she said here are the ovaries. She than labeled them RTO and LTO accordingly. Would there be anything else labeled this?

I feel your sonographer has labeled the ovaries as RTO (right ovary) and LTO (left ovary). It would help if you can upload report details in your query.
