What Does ECG Report Mean?

Hi I'm 25 years old, 5'2 in height and 48lbs in weight. I had my ECG last weekend and the result was Normal Sinus Rhythm, T Wave Abnormality, Consider Inferior Ischemia. Im suffering from shortness of breathing.. what does this mean? hope you could help me.. thanks!

I read carefully your query and I think that you should consult with your cardiologist and to do some tests imediately like:
- Troponina T and CK-MB (blood tests)
- Cardiac ultrasound
Because if you have ischemia you should you should treatment by cardiologist.
