Hi Doctor, I am sharing the results of mu husband s semen analysis. Is there a chance that his results may come out wrong under any situation? I want to know if there is a chance we would be able to conceive naturally. Thanks a lot in advance. WBC in semen is indicative of infection. Infection can affect sperm count, motility and morphology like in your husband's case. So, please go for a follow with your doctor continuously as it requires time to get rid of infection. Asthenoteratozoospermia is sperms with less count, defective morphology and motility.
