What Do You Suggest For Sensitivity Around The Nipple After The Removal Of The Boil On The Breast?

hi I had a boil cut off from the upper left breast and my menstral cycle is never right. as a matter of fact I had a period for almost two months now and during this my left breast is very sensitive especially around the nipple but I feel more sensitive after I had the boil removed which has been about six month do you think the symptom is coming from the removal of the boil or my irregular menstral cycle,
