What Do You Suggest For An Explosive Diarrea?

I am having problems. Every so often, I have a explosive diarrea episode out my rear end. This happens without notice other than a pain in my gut and I have to run to the toilet as fast as I can.
Can you tell me whats's going on?
Thank you.

You have not mentioned that since when you are having this problem. My suggestion is that you should get your stool examination. This will give us better picture about your gut infection. IF there is any bacteria found start taking antibiotics according to that. If there is no infection than take b Complex, ORS solution and anti Diarrhoea medication like loperamide. For doses , please consult your physcian.
