What Do White Spots On The Teeth Indicate?

I need help with my two front teeth. They have white spots on them and on the left teeth, it seems like the gum is hanging on it which is quite odd. I discovered this a few months ago. I'm hoping to whitening my teeth and become convendient within my looks

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that white spots on teeth can be due to developmental anomalies like Enamel hypoplasia while can also be due to Fluorosis..

It can also be an initial sign of tooth decay with mineral loss..

Consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and in case if it is due to hypoplasia or fluorosis then treatments like bleaching or covering the teeth with veneers and laminates can help..

In case if it is decay then tooth coloured filling or capping can help..
