Hiiam male 28 years old. I am from India. I had sex on july 2nd with sex worker. I was the insertive paetner and sh was receptive. Before sex i mastrubated and she found difficulty in putting condom om my penis. With condom we had intercourse which lasted mot more than 3 mins and i did ejaculated. When i took out my penis i found that the confom has been broken. I have enquired about her health and she yold she did not have any issues with her health. After 10 days approx after the exposure i hot some white painless dots all over my penis head. I consulted an hiv specialist and he said it is a fungal infection and gave some antibiotics and fungal cream. He also advise to me to take HIV test at 6 weeks. I did take antibody test at 4 and 5 weeks. I guess it should be the third generation test. Buy 6th week I did HIV p24 and ab ag test and and it came out as negative I have shown the result to the doctor and he told not to worry about HIV anymore. After 2 months I got the white blisters again on my penis it was not it was not severe as the first time. Due to anxiety I did the same hiv p24 and ab ag test at the same lab at 5 months post exposure and the results were non reactive. I I had mild fever after the exposure which does not result more than one day. Also I lost around 3 kgs of my weight and her mouth ulcers for which the doctor told it is due to anxiety. Now it is almost 1 year and I still fear of the infection and my anxiety is getting high. What is the transmission rate for one time exposure for the insertive partner. Also please advise if I need to retake the HIV test or any STD test.
