What Do White Bumps Under Penis Head Indicate?

Hello, I have these white clear bumps under the head of my penis. I have 4 on one side and one on the other side. They are not itchy or stingy. They have been there for a year or two. They don t secrete any liquid. I;m afraid that they might be STD s. I had unprotected sex once with a stranger. Please let me know if it is really serious. I know i should consult with a physician. I would highly appreciate any information regarding this so that i can go prepared when i meet with a physician. Thanks

go for std test. if negative can take a course of antibiotic like inj penicillin 5lacunit im daily for ten days. keep them under observation for few days after injection of antibiotic it is not serious but needs to be treated and properly diagnosed.
