Hi..
Thanks for the query..
Well, small bumps at the corner of mouth, if present on the outside of lips then they can be due to Herpes virus Infection causing cold sores..
In case if there are cluster of small bumps on the inside of mouth then it can be probably due to hypertrophy of Sebaceous glands leading to appearrence of cluster of small bumps.
White bump on the inside of lower lip can be due to either
Mucocele formation or
mucous cyst formation or can be an ulcer or abscess if it is painful..
Cracks at the corners of mouth can be secondary to viral Infection leading to bumps..
So my suggestion is to first get a clinical examination done by an Oral Physician and get evaluated and then only appropriate investigation can be advised..
In case if the bumps are due to Fordyce's spots then no specific treatment is needed as they are harmless
For viral Infection oral and topical
antiviral medication like
Acyclovir or Valacyclovir can be advised..
For cracked corners applying thick coat of Petroleum jelly, doing cool compresses and taking
multivitamin supplements can help in resolution.
Hope this information helps..
Regards.
