What Do Tiny Bumps On Lips Indicate?

I have tiny bumps on my lips and they are sore and itchy. also tiny amounts of oozing liquid out of the outsides of my lips. I haven't used any new lip products lately. I did buy a new moisturizer with SPF 15 for my face, but I didn't put it on my lips.

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the bumps on the lip could be secondary to herpes labialis...or pemphigus... consult a oral physician for proper diagnosis... take topical anesthetics and analgesics... i hope my answer will help you take care..
