What Do This Lab Test Result For TSH Level Indicate?

Hi, I hope you can I m so confused my thyroid has been off for years the tsh levels started out at 7. back in 2006 so I have been on Armor and know Synthroid .. started out at 88mg....know I m on 112 1 for 7 days because my labs the tsh came out low the .68.. I have to get another ultra sound.. So am I still have hypothyroidism?

I really appreciate your concern, better to get done the blood test with some authentic laboratory rather than going for ultrasonography test, if this is thyroid dysfunction then medicine need to be taken for long time and this is nothing to worry, right medicine according to test and with good consultation everything would be fine soon, take care.
