What Do This HB Level And Inflammation In Stomach Indicate?

My mother had a problem of eating raw rice. Her HB level is always 9.200 or below. She has an inflammation in her stomach sometimes. She said that If she had food in the breakfast, she will not fine to do work. She has fibroids. can u plz tell me whats the problem with her?

I appreciate your concern for your mother
She has low hemoglobin level, condition known as anaemia
Her symptoms may be related to
1. Atrophic gastritis leading to indigestion do malabsorption of iron
2. Excessive vaginally bleeding due to uterine fibroid

I would like further information to guide you better
Her age and complete medical history

I would advise her a battery of tests like CBC, RBC indices, AEC (absolute eosinophil count) peripheral smear for RBC morphology and abnormal cells and endoscopy if need be.

Meanwhile please follow these guidelines
Give her deworming drug as albendazole
Iron and multivitamin supplements like folic acid and vitamin B12
Green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits
citrus fruits like lemon and oranges
Ask her to avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
