Hi
I have gone through your ultrasound report.uterus is mildly bulky means it is slightly enlarged,
myometrium is heterogenous with a myometrial cyst -usually indicate adenomyosis..
Left ovary small cyst with low level internal echos - usually indicate either corpus luteal cyst or chacolate cyst of ovary.
Nabothian cyst may be seen cervix may be due to heavy bleeding or cervicitis if you are having symptoms.
Adenomyosis or chacolate cyst in ovary are manifestations of same spectram of disease. endometrial tissue in myometrium called adenomyosis, usually causes bulky uterus with myometrial heterogenicity and cysts.ectopic endometrum in ovary causes chacolate cysts.dont worry.hust follwup the left ovarian cyst in next cycle.all the finding correlate with adenomyosis.
Thank you
