Hello,

Your daughter indirect bilirubin is slight high and Hb is low. She is known case of thalassemia minor. Hence, here hemolytic disease is your diagnosis as per reports. No other obvious cause for fever is present here because all reports are normal. For pyrexia of unknown origin if no specific cause found then blood culture and bone marrow aspiration study can be done.

Consult physician or pediatrician according to age, for clinical correlation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
