What Do These Reports Signify?
What is this means Ancillary shows reticular densities in the right upper lobe suggestive of pulmonary tb . Ive done 3 times of sputum test and all negative. Ive done also apico lordotic view and the results is Ancillary shows reticular densities in the right upper lobe suggestive of ptb. Please help me enlighten my mind.

* In the case of sputum AFB negative results, clinical concern with co-relation of vital parameters and case findings are very important.
* If not done, CBNet evaluation of sputum is best and gold standard method against conventional tests done routinely.
* Last resort would be a culture of the alveolar lavage fluid via diagnostic bronchoscopy with an expert pulmonologist.
