General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You can have steatohepatitis due to alcohol intake. Your reports are suggestive of liver affection.

So I suggest you investigate further with USG abdomen scan for further workup.

Meanwhile, you can take vitamin E tablet and udiliv for primary management. You should avoid alcohol use due to liver affection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
