Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

P wave Duration: normal less than 100 ms. The normal duration of the QRS complex is between 80 and 100 milliseconds. Yours 115 ms is slightly more than normal. However QTC interval 403 is normal. There may be LAE (left atrial enlargement). Further evaluation needs 2-D Echocardiogram to know the size of left atrium.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care. All the best.

Regards,
