General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Compare your semen analysis with normal semen analysis:
volume     2.0 ml or more_______________normal
Colour: grayish to white________________normal
Liquefication time: UP TO 30 minutes __________40_____slight more
pH     7.2-8.0____________________alakline___normal
sperm concentration     20 millions /ml or more_____31 ___normal
motility: 25% or more with rapid progression(category A) within 60 minutes of ejaculation___________30 %______________Normal
morphology: 30% or more with normal forms__14% abnormal___normal
Pus cell: up to 5/hpf______________6-8____slight highAccording to your report, count and motility are normal except just high liquefaction time and slight high pus cell.
It could be a prostate infection, UTI or infection in accessory sexual gland.
I advise you to go for semen culture, urine routine and culture and CBC, ESR. USG of pelvis to identify the infection and abnormality after consulting the urologist.
Doctor will provide antibiotics according to culture report and your problem will be solved.
Take high protein diet, anti oxidant rich item: fresh fruits, green leafy vegetable and almonds, do regular exercise like walking and yoga and avoid stress.
Hope this will help you
