What Do Swollen Lymph Nodes Behind The Ears Indicate?

Hi doctor I have swollen of lymph nodes behined my ear and aunder arm and in my neck for 8 years it is not pain just sametimes when lam cold . my doctor said same lymph nodes greater than normall but ti is soft ,clean,moveable so it is not problem and horrible but l am worried because during this years l have bleeding that came from my thoat and nostrils especially in morning when l get up sleep l don t know what is reason.l felt full after small food and lost 10 kilo of my weight in 8 years please advise me what iam doing l really worried .. Iam 20 years

I think you should consider doing all the examinations needed to find the cause of this because several diseases give this state. Firstly you have to do a total blood count and maybe a lymph node biopsies.
