What Do Swollen Glands, Symptoms Of Flu With Multiple Shingles Outbreak Suggest?

I have swollen glands, a low grade fever, extreme fatigue and flu like muscle aches. This has been getting worse. I ve had three separate shingles outbreaks in 6 weeks. I m being treated for low thyroid with two doses or armor 2 times a day, antivirals and 100,000 units of vit d a week. Why do I feel worse. Should I look into other causes. I can barely get out of bed and get ready.

Hello,

Swollen glands, low grade fever and muscle ache suggest influenza. I suggest you to take anti-pyretic and take rest for 3-4 days along with anti-viral drugs. You may take home cooked light food. If your condition does not improve within 4 days then you need to consult your primary healthcare provider.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
