General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It seems like mild infection on affected site. You take azithromycin for 3 days twice a day.

Take biosuganil twice a day for five days. Consult your physician for prescription.

Clean the affected part properly and don't wear tight clothes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
