Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Subcritical means you have not reached the emergency state of disease and you must be having lesser intensity only symptoms. Please take a statin medication for blood pressure and sugar if levels are high.

Maintain adequate weight. Avoid smoking and fried foods. Take only 30 mi Alcohol per day especially red wine if you are too fond of alcohol. Go for morning or evening walk at mild pace atleast 30 minutes daily. Avoid stressful physical and mental exertion.

If you do not take precautions then you may shift into the critical disease. Your artery blockage must be below 60 or 65 percent. At present, your condition is not so fatal but take health seriously.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
