Hello,

Report says you are suffering from lumbar spondylosis without involvement of spinal cord and nerve roots.
So physical therapy with regular exercise may be useful.
Please consult your neurosurgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
