Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Please change your shoes and try putting Chappals (Sandals) for few days because it can be the one irritating issue for your foot.

Get an x-ray done if you have any foot pathology or a hairline fracture of an unnoticed trivial trauma. Kindly get the reports for the follow-up examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. ARCHANA
