Two days ago the top of my right foot above my second to last to toe started to feel sore (fight at spot where the strap of a flip flop would ball). Nno discoloration or swelling, but felt incredibly sore as if it were very bruised without the bruise. . The next day, it hurt a lot more and was hard to put weight on it; walking is very painful on top of foot and on underside of and side bone on little toe. Also feeling tightness in calf muscle on back of same leg when walking. This just came on all of a sudden. I didn t drop anything on it, twist my foot or step off anything weird. I ve never had anything like this happen before. I went to chiropractor he couldn t find anything and did some laser treatment for joint issues, but no relief. It doesn t really hurt until I stand on it or try to walk, go up and down stairs and generally flex the foot in anyway. Took 3 ibuprophen last night and felt much better when I woke up, but as soon as i put weigh on it pain returned.
