What Do Sore Red Spots On The Elbows Indicate?
I have a cluster of red dots on my side that are sore. One on my elbow which is itchy and one on my ankle which is itchy. Its january and my partner who share the same bed does have any red spots so i dont think its insect bits but thats what it looks like.

Hello. You might be having some allergic rashes. Allergy can develop due to several reasons- some foods like egg, fish, pollen grains, animal hair, nylon, terylene clothes. Just try to find out what you are allergic to & avoid it. Try home remedies. Apply coconut oil daily three times a day for one week. If you are not better consult a dermatologist.
