What Do Small Itchy Bumps Behind Earlobe Indicate?

I woke up with small bumps behind my earlobe that itch. As the day progressed the bumps appeared on the front of my earlobe, too. There is also a warm feeling time to time. I have never had this, and am not allergic to anything. So, I do not know what is causing it. Is there over the counter medication to treat the outbreak of bumps?

Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and am sorry for the situation you are in.

The small bumps behind the earlobe that itch might be indicative for possible skin infection. I need to have a picture of the bumps to give a specific opinion.

I advise to take:
- over the counter anti-hystaminic drug
- apply iodine and anti-hystaminic cream locally

If no improvement in a couple of days, should consult with dermatologist for further evaluations.

Wish fast recovery!
