Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Boils or furuncle can occur anywhere in the body anytime, the reason is not known.

However, it us frequently seen in persons with poor hygiene, poor nutrition and taking steroids or immunosuppressive drugs.

Boils are commonly due to bacterial infection (mostly staphylococcal or streptococcus) in a person.

You should take broad spectrum antibiotics like cephlaosporins (Tab.droxyl 500 mg) or fluroquinolones with analgesics (diclofenac 100) and antacids (Tab.rantac 150 or tab.pantoprazole 40 ) as per your doctor's advise.

It would be advisable that you consult some local doctor or GP (if dermatologist appointment is not feasible) who will know about the treatment because antibiotics are prescription drugs.

Hope this will help you.
