What Do Rashes On The Cheeks And Chin Indicate?
My 3 year old grandson has developed bright red marks on his cheeks and chin. It resembles wind or cold chafing. He has not been outside and it came on him suddenly around 3 pm. He seems to be perfectly fine otherwise, running and eating well. He did tell me his cheeks hurt. His dad just called and said he now has small red bumps on his forearms.
