What Do Rashes On The Back And Neck Indicate?

Thanks, I have several patches of slight coloring that are slightly raised that burn. Before this happened I felt something tickle me on the back of my neck which I thought I brushed off. It starts under my arm, down the inside of my upper arm and then a 2x1 1/2 patch at my wrist.

Hello,

By your history and description, possibility of allergic rash is more likely. But better to consult dermatologist and get done clinical examination of the skin. You will need corticosteroid cream (Mometasone) for local application.

The Oral combination of antihistamine (Levocetrizine or Fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) is also beneficial. If you are not improving with these drugs then you may need skin biopsy for the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
