What Do Rashes Across The Chest Indicate?

I ve had a rash for about a week across my chest/breasts that hasn t shown any sign of improvement. I ve also notice that there seems to be a long grey/purple mark that seems to go from my left nipple up to my arm pit that almost looks like a bruise but doesn t hurt at all. Should I be worried?

it should be examined by dermatologist for examination and proper diagnosis so that proper treatment can be recomanded can be fungal infection for which candid ointment nay be Appleseed there is no itching coal tar based ointment like salisalic acid with sulphur can beapplyed.
