Low back and pelvic pressure and sometimes pain 3. fatigue, loss of appetite and feeling of fullness right away when I eat 4. discharge from my belly button 5. vaginal spotting (I have an IUD and it s not the time for my menstrual cycle) 6. * As per my clinical experience, the presentation of current symptoms can be assembly of various possible reasons as

- low hemoglobin
- vaginal infection
- pelvic inflammatory disease
- weakening of pelvic floor muscles
