I have a very painful burning pimple type rash on the upper back thighs buttocks and spreading When I pop them a strange white stringy substance comes out shortly after accompanied by pus and blood oozing please what the heck is this It showed up after a hot day of work outside

Hello Dear. You might be having boils or folliculitis. You tke Tab. Amoxclav 3 times a day for 5 days, tab. Dolo-650 three times a day for 3 days and apply neomycin ointment in that area. keep it dry from sweat. You will be alright in few days.
